Thank you to everyone who participated in and joined us for our 2026 Maine Ocean Festival! We enjoyed three days that included live music, games, crafts, performances, ocean-oriented art vendors, and speakers and presenters discussing relevant ideas and issues affecting the Gulf of Maine. We are looking forward to next year’s Maine Ocean Festival!

Each year, the Oceanarium and Education Center invites both locals and visitors to celebrate our oceans and the incredible world beneath the water’s surface at The Maine Ocean Festival. This event would not be possible without the generosity of our sponsors. With their support, we can create more opportunities for everyone to celebrate and learn about the Gulf of Maine.

This year marks our third annual fundraiser to support the Oceanarium’s mission of providing educational exhibits and programs for all ages on local ecology, marine biology and research, citizen science, dark skies, fisheries and aquaculture, and STEM education in partnership with Maine schools.
